We at eNameChange recognize the importance of maintaining your privacy.  Therefore, under no circumstance will we disclose any of your personal information  to outside parties.  We may use your email address only if you indicate that you would like to be notified about important news and special offers on our New Member Login page.  Your email address will only be used by eNameChange (not outside parties) as we expand our product/service offering to include other products or services that we feel will be relevant and useful to you.  If you have chosen to be notified about such offerings and would like to be removed from our distribution list, please send an email to support@enamechange.com and type the word "unsubscribe" in the subject line. 

When you pay for a membership to eNameChange, you will be transferred to an outside party, LinkPoint International.  LinkPoint is a merchant bank which collects member payment information and processes member payments.  We do not have control over how this information is used.  We are able to view the following payment information you input on LinkPoint's Site: email address, address and the first and last four digits of a member's credit card number. This information is used by eNameChange in the event that we need to verify that a person has paid but were unable to set up a login or if we need to issue a refund.  eNameChange does not use this information for any other purpose.

Security

eNameChange provides you with a secure connection so you can be confident that no one will intercept your sensitive information.  eNameChange uses Thawte Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which is an encryption technology that scrambles individual characters before they travel across the internet.  SSL is the standard encryption technology used by websites worldwide.  

Personally Identifiable Information

eNameChange uses a unique combination of technologies to reduce input time and redundancy.  To take advantage of this technology, customers can input personally identifiable information including name, address, driver's license number, phone numbers, date of birth, sex, citizenship, birthplace, race, passport number, date of marriage, spouse's name, political party, vehicle identification number and names and addresses of place of work, financial institutions, insurance companies, utilities, credit cards, frequent flier programs and magazines (NOT social security nor bank/credit account information).  This information is saved in a database for your future reference.  If you need to make any changes to your input, you may do so by correcting the incorrect fields on the input pages and clicking the "Save & Submit" button located on that page.  Additionally, we have created a an "auto-delete" function that enables you to erase your information from our database in one easy step.  This function is available on our Members Services page which you will have access to when you become a member.  We highly recommend using this function once you have completed the name change process.  

Please note: there are no required fields on our input pages so you may input as little (or nothing) or as much as you like.  However, most fields are required to complete the forms for filing so if you do leave fields blank, you will need to hand write the information on the forms after you print them. The input pages are encrypted and any personally identifiable information you choose to input will not be used by eNameChange or shared or sold to outside parties - it is only collected to make the forms easier for you to download (by reducing input time).  

Your email address is requested to create an account.  While you are not required to use your email address, we highly recommend doing so to facilitate communication with us regarding your account.  Whatever you may choose, it is necessary to create a unique login to access the member services pages.
